Yomi Omomuwasan

Yomi Omomuwasan joined Lekki Concession Company Limited, the first road concession company in West Africa, as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director for the second time in September 2019. Yomi had previously worked as the MD/CEO of the then newly restructured Lekki Concession Company Limited in 2015. A graduate of Economics from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), he is also an Alumnus of Lagos Business School through the Chief Executive Programme (CEP24). Yomi has over 22 years’ experience as a Banker, Financial Analyst, and Project & Finance expert. ...His career path cuts across Banking and Financial Institutions, Telecommunications and Pension industry with skills/expertise in Operations, Process design and management, Credit and Risk assets appraisal, financial analysis and modelling, Project and Infrastructure finance, Treasury and Investment management, Process re-engineering and change management. Prior to joining GA Capital as an independent Consultant, Yomi spent two and a half years with the Lagos State Public-Private Partnerships Office as Senior Project Finance Team Lead with focus on core infrastructure such as Roads, Power, Water and Solid Waste Management. He has attended several local and international trainings, seminars and conferences including PPP training at Institute of Public-Private Partnerships (IP3), Washington DC, USA. Yomi has a well-honed and extensive financial, accounting, human management and project infrastructure experience. He is currently consulting for Nigeria Infrastructure Advisory Fund, a DFID-affiliate in Nigeria, on infrastructure development using the PPP framework. Read more

Gbolahan Agboluaje

Head, Legal/Company Secretary

Gbolahan Agboluaje serves as the Head of Legal at Lekki Concession Company Limited. Gbolahan joined Lekki Concession Company in February 2009. Up to February 2009, he worked for close to five years in the foremost Lagos-based Law Firm AELEX, Legal Practitioners & Arbitrators. During the initial years of his law practice he was involved in litigation and arbitration mostly in aviation, contract, labour law, banking, company law and commercial matters at both the High Courts and appeal courts. ...He was a key contributor to the World Bank sponsored Doing Business 2008 Report on business and legal issues in over 170 Countries around the world. He has written several articles and publications including The Administration of Juvenile Justice in Nigeria and Registration of Foreign Judgments in Nigeria. Veronica Jacob

Head, Commercial & Corporate Media

Veronica heads the Commercial Advertising, Corporate Media & Stakeholder Relationship Management department. She holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A. Honors) degree in English Literature (1998) from the Lagos State University, Lagos, a Masters of Information Systems (2000) from Brunel University, Uxbridge Middlesex, United Kingdom. She attended an array of trainings both abroad and locally, such as – Web Development and Visual Basic (UK), Developing Leadership Competencies (Philip Consulting, Lagos), ... Effective Project Management (Lagos Business School). She is a seasoned professional with over 17 years work experience. She started out as an IT specialist, working in different organization in the United Kingdom for well over a period of 5 years. Her career path changed in 2005 when she came back to Nigeria and was employed as a Project Consultant with McCrae & Co Consulting LTD, she moved on from there to CSA Ltd to hold the position of Head, Business Management, after a period of 8 months she moved to Merrivale Concepts to hold the position of General Manager/Business Developer. She joined the Communications Unit of Lekki Concession Company Limited in 2009. Due to her commitment and hard work, she rose in rank to the position of Head of Department were she manages three units namely; Commercial, Corporate Media and Stakeholder Relationship Management. Michael Aina

Head, Route & Incident Management

Michael Aina is the Head, Route & Incident Management at Lekki Concession Company Limited. Michael joined Lekki Concession Company in July 2007 after working with Silverbird Group. Before joining Silverbird Group, he worked as a consultant and organizer of Road Safety Campaigns and seminars aside running his master’s degree at the University of Ibadan. Since 2007, Michael has worked in various capacities at Lekki Concession Company Limited before the current position as the Head of Route and Incident Management. ...During the course of working at Lekki Concession Company and his love for the people and the community, he has been appointed to serve as the Executive Secretary, Eti-Osa Route Planning and Environmental Committee in Eti-Osa West Local Government Headquarters. He acquired a Master’s Degree in Management Psychology (MMP) from the University of Ibadan. He participated in Strategies for Optimizing Corporate Communication Skills at the School of Media and Communications (SMC), Lagos Business School. He attended the Institute of Communications and Corporate Studies (ICCS) on Strategies in Community Relations and Cultural Diplomacy. Engr. Wahab A. Adeyemi, MNSE

Head, Engineering & Project Management

Engr. Wahab Adeyemi is a graduate of Civil Engineering from Federal University of Technology Minna (Second Class Honors, Upper Division), he also has an ordinary National Diploma certificate in Civil Engineering, proficiency certificate in management and an advanced certificate in project management. He is a COREN registered Engineer (R. 23460), a corporate member of Nigerian Society of Engineers (26671) and a graduate member, Nigerian Institute of Management. He started his career as a Trainee project Engineer with “CHI Limited” [Part of Tropical General Investment (TGI) Conglomerate] during which some production ... structures were constructed and maintained (CHI Pharmaceutical Building, CHI Rovers Building, New Chivita production Building and Several ware houses). He also worked with “Remeplan Consultancy Services limited” and “Transwayus Engineering” as a Resident Structural Engineer during which lots of projects were designed and executed (Badia road and Canal in Lagos State, Central Bank Building refurbishment in Akure, Ondo State, Gitata – Panda – Mararaba Road, Toto - Umuaisha road, Kokona – Agwada road all in Nasarawa State and many other private infrastructures across the country especially in Lagos, Port Harcourt and Abuja. Theresa Bolaji

Theresa has practiced as a HR professional for over a decade. She has a University Degree in Business Administration and possesses an MBA from Lagos Business School. Abdulaziz Oyeniyi

Head, Internal Audit

Abdulaziz Adegboyega Oyeniyi is the Head of Internal Audit of LCC. He joined LCC in 2015. He is a graduate of Accountancy (BSc.) from the University of Nigeria, Nsukka and holds a Masters’ Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA). He is a Chartered Accountant and indeed a Fellow (FCA) of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN). He is also an Associate member (ACTI) of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN) Mr. Oyeniyi’s working experience spans a period of over three decades. ... Prior to joining LCC, he worked as Head, Regional Operations of the North West Zone of Union Bank of Nigeria Plc (UBN). He was at one time the Head of Treasury Sales in the Treasury Department of UBN. He has also worked as the Head of Investment Banking Sector and in charge of the Capital Market operations of the then Union Merchant Bank Limited. He began his banking career with NAL Merchant Bank in the Corporate & Investment Banking Sector before joining Union Merchant Bank. He trained as an Accountant/Auditor and worked with KPMG Audit - a firm of Chartered Accountants in the field of Auditing, Accounting, Tax Management and Management Consultancy between 1987 and 1993 before joining the banking industry. Francis Moyolade

Francis Moyolade is currently the Head, Facility & Procurement at Lekki Concession Company. In 2004 he joined SAC Electromechanical Nigeria Limited as Maintenance officer, in 2007 he joined Lekki Concession Company Limited as a pioneer staff and served in the department of Human Resources and Administration as Procurement and maintenance officer, due to his immerse contribution towards the progress of the company and his dedication to duty, especially in the area of the company’s facilities maintenance, he was promoted to the position of Facility ... manager in 2013, One of his greatest achievements as facility Manager in this reputable company was that he single - handedly set up Facility Maintenance unit for the company, where he developed processes that work in the areas of Facility staff recruitment, Facility unit vendor’s management, Facility unit SLA management, Facility unit equipment maintenance both mechanical and Electrical. He has attended several courses in reputable learning institutions like Lagos Business School(Strategic Procurement/Contract Management, Logistics & Supply Chain Management),OAK Interlink(Facility Management) and has over 15years working experience in administrative, procurement and facility management. Solomon Tolofari

Chief Security Officer

Solomon Tolofari joined Lekki Concession Company Limited in 2008 as the pioneer Chief Security Officer. He has broad knowledge of investigation, detection of crime and processes for prosecuting offenders with enforcement of relevant laws. Solomon acquired his West African School Certificate from Bonny National Grammar School, Bonny and went on to obtain a Diploma in Public Administration from the University of Maiduguri. He enlisted into the police force in 1973 where he rose throw the ranks and retired as a Chief Superintendent of Police ... after 35-years of service. During his time in service, he was presented with numerous awards which includes:- Crime Fighter Award in 2005; Role Model Award in the same year, Lagos Network security Award for Excellence in 2007; Lagos State (Anti-Robbery-Squad) in 2007 amongst many others. He was appointed and awarded the Grand Patron of the Man O’ War Association of Nigeria in 2009 and received an Award for Excellent Performance in 2016 from the same association. His experience in Security is well rounded having served in several capacities in the police ranging from Divisional Police Officer in many Police Formations in the country, Commander of the Anti-Robbery Squad in Lagos State, Police Mobile Force, Head of Administration Departments, etc. He is married with children. He is a level 2 candidate in the Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) program.
